Will start to store medical records on a "specially encrypted server" for those of you that wish to do so. For a fee of $50.00 per year, you will be able to have your medical records encrypted (256/512 AES*) and made available at YOUR command. You will create a special PIN number known only to you and the people that you give it to so that you may access your records, fax them to anyone you wish, or have your doctor or family member access them as well.
This is NOT AN ON LINE SERVICE, but rather a specially encrypted server to which you and only you have the "password" to.
This is being done at the request of many customers that asked what if I lose my chip and can't remember all my information? Remember you are the only one (other than those that you give you PIN number to) that can access this information.
NOTE*: AES Encryption is probably one of the most secure encryption methods for keeping information secure and has been approved by the CIA, FBI, Homeland Security and many other agencies throughout the world. "June 2003 the U.S. Government (NSA) announced that AES is secure enough to protect classified information up to the TOP SECRET LEVEL, which is the highest security level and defined as information which would cause "exceptionally grave damage" to national security if disclosed to the public.
It has not been broken or cracked in over 13 years and remains today as a very secure way of storing information. For further information please write to : info@emrservicesofcanada.com
